If you think you want to reward internal staff who do not have any shares or options then that's fine but don't slap shareholders in the face at the same time. If your so confident in what you have at Sable then to price them at $1 or higher gives them a piece of the action while showing investors were on our way up and we want to reward our team along the way. I also agree with the accelerated clause, force them to buy into the company at a certain point. I think this could have been handled better. Those samples better be good, we need a lifeline after the last news.
