RE: in response to toast and More Dilution Coming

RE: in response to toast and More Dilution ComingAs for back-dating, the AGM info says the following:

"Notwithstanding that the number of options available for grant will be increased, this will represent a smaller percentage of the number of options available for grant in relation to the number of Common Shares outstanding as at the date the Plan was last approved by shareholders (20% then, as compared to 15% now).

Management proposes that such amendment be made effective as of June 2, 2009 in contemplation of the ratification of the grant of options to be proposed to shareholders below. See "Particulars of Other Matters to be Acted Upon: Ratification of Grant of Stock Options". "

So, does that mean they are back-dating to that price?

Regardless, ENW should stop giving away our hard-earned shares.  This dilution is beginning to get very significant.
