Lobao interviewInterview with Lobao is on AGASP. Just listened to it.
None of this is my opinion, The following points are from the mining and energy ministers mouth.
1. Lula visit date will be announced tomorrow (March 10th). Visit likely to happen in March and might happen before the 28th.
2. The full license will be given during the visit.
3. Lobao said one thing they are discussing is that they will take land from VALE which surrounds Serra Pelada and redistribute it. This will be announced by Lula. The area of land he stated was 700 hectares.
