In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE: RE: RE: RE: Nearly 4 weeks to case and test aAgreed, I find it quite rediculous that so many people spew complete babble sometimes (i.e bashers).   I bought this stock as a 2-3yr hold.  While I agree the slow timeline for results and the slowly ebbing SP may not be a good sign, it may just as well be that Petrobras is too damn busy to care or they have something else in the works (i.e the $50B purchase they are working on) and the PP becoming tradeable is giving some early (inside) investors a quick profit while they sell shares ad buy warrants (my guess).

In any case, it is the first well in many, from a company that has proven management, heavy hitting financial backing and great connections.
