RE: The stock is a safe bet...I hope you are right, and that management is actively doing something.

I have some advise for them......How about the company buying back shares and put a floor at $1.20 or so.   As a shareholder I would think it would be a decent use of their cash.  This is a very thinly traded stock so it wouldn't cost them much and it would actually look like management care about the shareholders who pay their salary.

As a value investor this is a no brainer.  I am not selling, but I am frustrated.
