This is not complicated.
This is not complicated.
Delay or no delay, it is only a matter of time before BXI is producing. Once that milestone is achieved, I think we can all agree that the upside potential for the SP is very good.
Therefore, the short-term trading strategy is relatively simple:
1. Maintain your core position in BXI. If all goes according to plan and production starts on time, then you will be well positioned for the next leg-up.
2. If there is a delay and the delay causes a temporary pull back in the SP, then utilize the opportunity to overweight your portfolio with BXI. I will have no problem scooping up some additional shares in the $1.60 - $1.80 range. I will be "backing up the truck" at $1.40.
3. If you are extremely nervous of the potential downside that may come with a delay, then put in a stop-loss at a place that is comfortable for you.
It is really that easy folks!
All IMHO
