I love it when someone does some real due diligence and states some facts only to see some amateur investors get angry. I haven't stated anything other than facts. I'm going to stop researching because I've already seen enough to keep me away from APM at this time. They have no financial sponsor and in this business that means they have little hope of success. They may have a great property (unknown) but it means very little if they can't financed properly.

If you really believe that APM is a good deal then you will absolutely cream your pants if you take a real look at GQ.V. But you need to be able to tell what a good deal looks like.
