RE: RE: heres one for ya.......I was looking back through the last financials and Centurian had 825,000 options outstanding at a price of
.10 expiring in June 2014 and another 525,000 options outstanding at a price of
.26 expiring in September 2014 as of October 31, 2009. Some of the recent selling could very well have been insiders taking advantage of the price differential between 60-cents and their option price. Nothing has shown up on the Sedi or even the CanadianInsiders site yet, but they have a grace period before they have to file these trades, and they could appear soon if in fact it was insiders exercising options.
Centurion also had over 4 million warrants outstanding at the same time, all expiring in 2011 - 1,900,000 at
.10 expiring in April 2011; 1,500,000 at
.15 expiring in August 2011; and 750,000 at
.33 expiring in October 2011.
