Reservoir Capital Corp RSERF

Reservoir Capital Corp. is a Canada-based clean power investment vehicle concentrating on operational power projects located in emerging markets. The Company has two minority equity investments in its portfolio, both held through its wholly owned Mauritius SPV, Kainji Power Holding Ltd, giving the Company approximately 46 megawatts (MW) of net operating capacity in four hydropower assets. Its first investment is a minority interest in Mainstream Energy Solutions Ltd (MESL), the concessionaire of two Nigerian hydro power plants located at Kainji and Jebba on the Niger River with a combined operating capacity of 922 MW. Its second investment is a majority interest in Olocorp Nigeria Ltd, which itself holds a minority interest in North South Power Company Ltd (NSP), the concessionaire of two Nigerian hydro power plants located at Shiroro and Gurara, both on the Kaduna River with a combined operating capacity of 630 MW.

New Appointments and the Granting of Incentive Stock Options

Vancouver, B.C -- Reservoir Capital Corp. (the "Company" or
"Reservoir") (TSX.V: REO) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Winston Bennett to its Board of Directors, and Milan Cusic to the role
of Deputy Director of its Serbian subsidiary Renewable Energy Ventures
D.o.o.

Mr. Bennett is the Vice-President and Director of Helios Energy Inc.
("Helios"), a developer of large-scale solar energy systems based in
Toronto.  His primary responsibilities at Helios include corporate and
project finance and strategic development.  Prior to joining the
management and ownership team at Helios, Mr. Bennett was the
Vice-President Banking at one of Canada's leading independent
investment dealers. In this role, Mr. Bennett was involved in public
and private equity transactions, structuring corporate and project debt
offerings and negotiating mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Bennett holds
an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School
of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA charter
holder.

Mr. Cusic joins the Company from Serbia's State-owned utility
Elektroprivreda Srpska ("EPS"), where he was Chief Hydro Engineer,
responsible for EPS strategy on hydropower and renewable energy
development, revitalization of existing hydropower facilities and
construction of new hydropower projects.  Mr. Cusic holds a Masters
degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade.

Reservoir also announces the resignation of Mr. Nenad Radoja as Vice
President of the Company.  The Company wishes Mr. Radoja well with his
future endeavors.

Incentive Stock Options

The Company announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, 1,075,000
incentive stock options exercisable at a price of
.81 per share for a
period of up to five years have been granted to certain officers,
directors, employees and consultants of the Company.

55MW hydroelectric project at Brodarevo in southwest Serbia.  The
Company has applied for a 32MW license at Vrutci, holds four geothermal
exploration licenses and is studying various other hydroelectric and
