Trading Sideways....

Trading Sideways....From what I've seen in the last week the 2% drops are being picked up right away and forcing the price back to even, simple day trader manipulation, I wonder why the bigger institutions that picked up stocks on the news of the environmental authorization? I have to believe that there equally in the dark as us concerning the financing of FIU, as TD has 5 anyalsts predicting perform and 1 hold, RBC has a more negative analysis. One of the obvious conclusions is that a lot of negotiating are going on behind closed doors right now, I can't see this as primarily financing, why would FIU extend how long it takes to finance a project threatning to incur the 40 million penality from gold wheaton? Seems like take over talks are a strong possibility....unless anyone can offer a better explanation for how the stocks are reacting and the sudden complete absence of news after the environmental authorization was reinstated.
