answerssecurity - not an issue. He wont surprise them...he wants a huge photo opp and the 50,000 garimpeiros from all over the region need to make travel plans to get to curianopolis where the meeting will be held.
pumpers - no names, but do not inbox me with your stock picks. rdk is not a good copper play and will never become a mine.  I am in other plays but you will not see me inboxing anybody about them. Show some courtesy please.
delay - yes this delay sucks, but on the bright side it has allowed the SP to move up with anticipation rather than a big jump that would leave a technical price gap that would have to be filled. The news will come, its on brazilian time thats all, no surprises. To give you an idea, When you have a business meeting here in brazil they will often specify whether it will start on hora brasileira (brazilian time) or hora inglesa (british time). Brazilian time means everyone will show up 15 minutes late have a cup of coffee then get started in about 30-40 minutes. Hora Inglesa means it starts right on time.  Evidently were on hora inglesa.
