even though the stock languishes as a "potential" result of management not doing DD until AFTER it raised money based largely on Creporizinho on the backs of believing PP placees.

Then the board has coffin pumping along the way from well over a DOLLAR a share.  someday, you can suggest that "someone" else tell me to ge to h*ll, but your sleazy misdirection and gutless approach supports other pumpers who have cost many holders here a lot of aggravation and MONEY.

Possible investors, at this point, are simply are reticent about putting bucks in a company that sold a PP based on something that was pumped and then withdrawn.

Me go to h*ll?  For being correct?  Why "someday", you and heinie deserve each other....  why give insight into a stock when you can vilify another for actually referencing something about a company?   Too bad about your bagholding while other stocks are moving.  But with your attitudes, you both deserve it. 

Redeem yourself by finding out about the placees ...did they get interest on their money that was returned?  Were some allowed to cancel?   What was the final tally?     Or, like heinie, do you think it was all A OK.....Have you asked the PPers how they feel?
