rpdulca......... up to your last post....I had you pegged for an insider of aei;  Sorry.t I stand to be corrected, since  you more or less claim ignorance of the the clause in the agreement between AEI  and Roche Bay plc where it states that failure on AEI's part to spend up to a million dollars on exploration each and every year, of the agreement, AEI  will  have to pay $250,000 to Roche Bay.  But to fail twice( the spending of  up to $2,000,000 spending) during the  the term of the agreement will put AEI in defult of the agreement.
Instead of messing around with the internet,  Get it straight from Ginger. I'm sure you can get ahold of him. Also verify that  a quarter of a million $ was paid by AEI  to Roche Bay last year in lieu of spending 1 million bucks on exploration.
Also there is the clause where either party to the agreement can get out of it with 120 days advance notice, but under what consequences is what I would like to know.
