Valuation

Valuation
If you're serious about making money on this the real valuations of a wind co increase on construction and are realized on operations.

So we're talking August to start construction and early 2011 for operations.

Until then the risk factors will keep the stock unstable.

I'm trying not to follow this one because it is going to bounce all around until then.

I don't think mgmt is lying. Any major financing closes at the last minute - even a house loan closes
very close to the purchase. Because rates are set at current market, like mgmt said.

How high will it go? Easily over $2 by yearend, and significantly higher next year, conservatively IMO.

This could easily be a $5+ stk in 3 yrs.
