RE: CONDOR SALE - SO WHAT.

RE: CONDOR SALE - SO WHAT.Hi Petesky

I share your sentiment as well regarding Condor, however I feel that our best case scenario is for the sale to go through. I would predict a .15 - .20 swing upwards if this occurred.  Intrinsically , however, there is alot more value created. Cash in the bank is very valuable and gives the co. alot of confidence moving forward with the drilling and with the Brasil litigation/ permitting process.  As a business owner myself I know that a nice injection of cash boosts confidence all around and energizes the company as a whole.  Of course the ultimate goal will be to fund Zarza because eventually one way or another that drill will hit some exceptional grades.  The more money they have the more time and effort they commit to their drill program.  They can always buy other properties and do many other things once they hit  the motherload.  Plus they have Valle del Tigre which is very interesting as well.
Sell Condor!  If the deal falls through I predict a .15 - .20 drop in share price and a more cautious approach to drilling.  One way or another those drills will hit paydirt, hopefully sooner as opposed to later!
