RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Meetting

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Meetting... insiders have loaded themselves up with cheap stock. They financed at a nickel as part of the restructuring. Most recent financing shows management plans to subscribe for a minimum of 15% of the proposed $6,000,000 financing (80,000,000 shares @
.075/share plus 80,000,000 half share purchase warrants which gives the holders the right to buy 1 share at
.10 for every two warrants).

Not to mention Yangarra is plugged into the Cardium play which happens to be on everybody's radar as the next big oil/natural gas area play. I have been watching this one since it was
.03/share. Finally took the plunge. My bid for
.10/share went unfilled yesterday so chased it and bot at
.12 yesterday and some more at the open at
.125/share.

This one is set up for lanuch in my humble opinion. If interested ... check out:

SRZ.H (Strategic Resource Acquisition Corp.) ... . Trading at
.01/share. Similar story to YAN in the sense that it just came out of bankruptcy and restructured. Management acquiring base metal/gold proerties. Proposing a rollback however must be approved by shareholders first.

I have a pile of shares of SRZ.H so I am biased ... but I think it could be the next V.YAN.

Do your own due diligence first.
