RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Has Bradleigh DepartedLike babe and, I think bradleigh, my first trip with BEV was pretty painful. We all liked what the company offered but management betrayed our trust. Can't remember how much I lost but I did get some compensation from a class action suit.
This company has been sort of like those High School love stories where I kept watching the stock while buying just a few at .20 to .30 and then when the Pottersburg story came out I loaded up. Send me a message on the stockhouse site telling me how many shares you think I have and I will let you know whether you are right. I would be interested to hear how you figured it out.
Oh yes, not quite the high school love, but college love, after 40 years (7 years ago) mine and I joined, so it does happen.
Gosh, not sure about your trading "dream". I doubt that it would be good for my nerves. Certainly not day trading. Although I have to say that I have decided that most long term holdings show very poor return and only trading the swings can get you anywhere. I have had some success in trading stocks with strong fundamentals so when the blood is flowing there is little risk buying back in but it always takes a deep breath. So far with BEV the bid/ask spread and limited volatility, for me, has made trading it unappealing. For trading, bradleigh's large caps are probably a better deal. Hope it works out.
Some day we may all find out what happened to "fugitive" John Bennett, who as babe mentions, at 70 didn't relish the idea of spending the rest of his life in jail and when released, if still living, be a pauper.
If I do go to the AGM looks like it will be soft drinks as bradleigh and babe will be somewhere in the Caribbean with John.
