Injunction

InjunctionThis case is just about out of Judge Molloy's hands, there is not much else he can do to stop production.  Revett now has a plan for the bull trout and the grizzly bears, and attention has been made to the water drainage.  The judge has to abide by the law and the alliance knows it, that is why they are talking getting an injunction.  The alliance is not guaranteed an injunction they would have to prove that their case still has merit, but we all know that Revett has bent over backwards to satisfy the environmentalist, which we all know will never happen because they will always bring to the table an excuse but the law is the law and Revett WILL be able to proceed with the mine.
