on the brinkManny5 - thanks for your reply. The concern with Euramerica was twofold -
- since the 'rollover' is a material change to the earlier agreement (no wells drilled in 2009 and it appears no funds yet received) I'd have thought it warrented an official new release to advise the market and shareholders accordingly.
- furthermore it might be a worry for some that Euramerica has form here. They signed an agreement for joint development of another property in Kansas with Enerjex. Although on this occasion there was some upfront payments, Enerjex finally pulled the plug when Euramerica failed to complete.
Hopefully there'll be an update soon clarifying the position.
