FWR is now gone!!!!!!!! they are only a reference to go by now!!!!!!!! In the world of supply and demand kwg and spq is coming to light.
For example in real estate;
there are only 3 lots on the lake to build your dream home. (KWG,SPQ,FWR are the lots) you have been watching for a long time and they have not sold. But you really want to build a home there and you keep watching waiting to buy and dream of the home you want. So you keep driving by and think you have lots of time to buy.
There are no other lots available on the lake due to restrictions and these are only 3 ever. Then one day you see a sold sign go on one of the lots and you say "hey someone else wants these lots also" then you realize there are only 2 lots left. Now the price paid for the first sold lot is a starting point (FWR). You are now willing to pay a premium to now "GET" one of the last 2 lots(KWG,SPQ) even if the last 2 lots are smaller or different shape because there are "NO MORE LOTS AFTER THIS" (chromite of this purity in north america) .
Then the OWNER of the LOTS (SHAREHOLDERS) realize how valuable the lots really are and how "RARE" they are so ----------- they decide that to sell they want alot of money because they can't sell any more lots --- there are NONE!! So supply and demand comes to play and the "BUYER" ( we know who that is) will pay a premium to get one of the last two lots.
Shareholders unit and realize the lesson of the lots!!!!!!!!!!! VERY RARE ____________ KWG , SPQ$$$$$$$
