Certainly don't want my posts removed....MOST certainly don't want to be under investigation! But has there been any result from this? What were the results of legal proceedings? Will the answers be presented soon? Was the "legal action" ever actually filed? If yes, when? If not, why not? Potential investors need to know. Doubt in this regard, raises so many other doubts....just asking...not taunting...please don't go after me.....

Barker Minerals AnnouncesFlow-through Financing
Prince George, B.C., December 30, 2008 –Barker Minerals Ltd. (“BML” on TSX/V) (the
“Company”) announced todaya non-brokered private placement of 820,000 common share flow-through
units(the “FT Units”) at a price of
.10 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of$82,000.
Each FT Unit will consist of one Common Share issued on aflow-through basis (the “FT Share”) and one
non-flow-through commonshare purchase warrant (a “Warrant”) of the company. Each Warrant will
entitlethe holder to acquire one Common Share at a price of
.10 per sharefor a period of twenty four
months following the Closing. Insidersare expected to acquire all of the FT Units.
The proceeds receivedfrom the sale of the FT Units will be used to fund work programs on thecompany’s
properties.
Legal Action to be Filed
The Company alsoreports that the Board of Directors has authorized the commencement
oflegal proceedings against certain persons making defamatory comments inInternet stock forums, which
may be related to irregular tradingactivity being tracked by the Company. The legal action is expected to
befiled in early 2009.
