This is a hypothetical thought.....

This is a hypothetical thought.....

Hypothetically speaking,

Let’s say for argument sake, Simmers and Jack at 48% ownership of FIU

And subsequently gets an additional 16% of the shares that Gold Wheaton

Could own, is it possible that FIU could be delisted from the TSX and that

Simmers has total control of the company?

What happens to the remaining shares if that was to happen?  Simmers is listed

On the South African exchange and the shares are not traded in Canada (at least

not through my broker BMO).  So how would you access the shares and I guess

that being said, Simmers could do what they want with FIU’s share price.

Is that possible,  as I said this is all hypothetically so don’t bother jumping up

And down my back, it’s simply a question.
