RE: This is a hypothetical thought.....Hypothetically!!!
It is difficult to speculate on anything right now... Fact is: an emission is coming before end of March!
There is big advantages of being listed on TSX. Canada is a nice country which encourages mining around the world. One good example is ELR which operates mines in Africa for platinum.
There is no reason for walking away from the administration requested by TSX. Not for the size of FIU's project and its potential value down the road. For a smaller company, yes sometimes it does not worth to pay all the reporting and legal aspect of supporting the stock on a specific market. But surely not for FIU.
I would say that the internal politic fight combined with the permit problem has taken away the focus on the day to day operation. I guess that someone forgot to continue doing its job with TSX! too much problems elsewhere,
But now that the focus is back on production after getting the money at the end of March. It is time to indicate to TSX that the company is getting back in Best Pratices. This should be a formality. I think!!!

Today Uranium is going up for a second week in a row. I enjoy that!
