Its 100%-owned Golden Baie Project (548.75 square kilometers) hosts 93 kilometers (km) of a structure similar to Newfound Gold's QueenswayGold Project. RE: 3 more daysThe process isn't that hard to understand. They file their factums. They'll have a few scheduling conferences , to see when lawyers and judge can get together for a hearing. There will probably be a hearing in the fall. Judge will take a few months to think about it. He'll write an opinion. In the unlikely even he orders a new hearing before the adjudication board, Canstar will appeal. More likely the judge will rule in favor of Canstar.
Vineland will then appeal to the Court of Appeal for Newfoundland. The above process will be repeated.
If, as expected, Vineland loses again, it will appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.

I'd say a final decision should come down late 2012 or early 2013.
