RE: house 73 sellerThe TSX is NOT a dealer market it is an electronic trading market. You cannot work out deals on the side, they must go through the exchange, that means place your bid and wait for people to sell into your bid or just put a market order (and watch as the last ones fill at around 15 cents, probably)
