At least we have revenues of around 25 million with profits of 4 million or so coming with a smelting contract with Xstrata which is one of the largest mining companies in the world to go along with an exploration program in the Sudbury area which is one of the most prolific nickel producing areas on the earth.
I believe the continuing strike with Vale has created a negative view of anything associated with Xstrata and Sudbury currently and this has impacted the markets perception of UMJ. This situation of course will not last forever as witnessed by UMJ starting up operations and some hope for the strike situation being resolved which of course eventually it will. Lots of talk about recovery in the markets now and nickel is back to 10.00. With the strike being settled and nickel edging higher with some positive drill results from nickel offsets .11 might not last very long. This is still trading at doomsday levels which now has passed. CHIMO>
