I think the seller wanted in to the PP and management was happy enough to help him free up the cash. Great sign really... $70K is $70K. Again, you've got an insider buying a decent chunk on the open market instead of simply participating in the upcoming PP. Definitely putting his money where his mouth is. You think he might be fairly confident about the some of the targets they will be drilling? This play could really make a lot of people wealthy if they hit some EVG type grades.
