No one here has answered my question that I asked today and 2 weeks ago. Here it is again:
Why does it show in canadian insider that he bought 1.2M @ 0.12 and he disposed 1.2M @ 0.12? The net result is zero right???

he sold 1.8mil shares jan 28 at .12......Privately

and on feb 4 he bot the PP at .12

so i guess the question is who/what is Privately....not on the market is what it means

did he sell them to his privately to his wife? the mailman? the pizza delivery boy?

does it matter?

he sold 1.8mil shares privately and took the money and bot the PP at .12
