Here is the scoop (facts)I think this will move soon also. I will try to explain a bit why later on this evening as I'm running short of time here but I want to say I called Ed Kruchkowski who is the chief geologist for MTB and asked him if the news release today was an old release. He said NO IT WAS NOT. They were cores that were drilled mid - late summer 2008 and were shelved and not assayed as they(as many juniors did) hunkered down to survive the economical collapse and ensueing fallout in the fall of 2008. In essence flipped into survival mode. The 21,000 feet of core they drilled would have cost close to a quarter of a million to get assayed. That as it turned out was likely a prudent thing as I doubt the markets would have responded favorably in that evironment back then anyways. They have 10 more cores that are currently being assayed and he estimated it may be about 2 wks (depending on how backed up they are at the lab) before they are done. He also said you can expect a couple news releases next week. One in regards to their j/v with Pinnacle on their 2.1 m oz gold deposit on the Silver Coin property. Gotta go will try to post more later.
By the way, before I go, I did ask him if he would mind others calling to check out the legitimacy of my comments and he said not at all his number is on the news release for investors who have questions to call and ask questions. He sounded like a genuine down to earth nice guy and said he was glad I called to clear the issue up about "the old news release" here's his number 1-250-636-9232
Cheers,
