RE: As I said be carefulMy interpretation of this is two fold:
1. It specifies "stored materials" which I take to mean stuff in drums or containers but it doesn't mean contaminated areas. So areas where oils were poured over the ground can be treated as they have up to now;DEW line?
2. Governments often make rules and then have to change them because they are impractical so if there are substantial stored materials and no way of processing them cost effectively then the rule might change or special exemptions be given?
