RE: CFO Moving OnI am indifferent to Mr. Klein moving to another company. I assumed the directors increased his overall compensation to $500 thousand per year to persuade him to stay but it was to be short-term only. That is far too much to pay a CFO of a company of this size and complexity. The Directors needed the continuity to analyze the details when they prepared for the negotiations with the insurance company and for the arbitration with Dr. Kramer. Now that they are into the final stretch with Dr. Kramer and 2009 financials are published, Mr. Klein's value is no longer as high for this company.
