Fair Market Price Estimate

Fair Market Price Estimate

Fair Market Valuation Summary - 2010-Mar-19

Projected fair market stock price for Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd., based on the current NI 43-101 resource disclosures, is C 0.37. The actual closing stock price was C 0.41.

Note: This valuation does not assign any value to the HG Property Group and its combined area of 373,000 hectares. Also, the project stock price is heavily dependent on the actual capital costs to bring the Spanish Mountain Gold deposit into production. I used a figure of $250M but will update once the PEA is available.

Any comments on this valuation?
