The property is approximately 46 kilometers (km) southeast of the town of Longlac in the municipality of Greenstone, Ontario. The McInnes Lake Property is located over 115 kilometers (km) north of the town of Red Lake. The West Madsen Property is located in the heart of the Red Lake Gold Camp.

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: sellingYes Russ, I see your point.  However, if you were one of the savvy investors to buy it at 10 cents (similar to NCM at 8 cents) then the buyout at 2.5X higher isn't so bad after all.  If all my shares were bought out at 20 cents, I wouldn't complain, although I think there is more upside here than that.

P.S. - With Michael Romaniuk at the helm, I know that guy will not sit back and do nothing.  he took this company with no appreciable properties, to one with three properties and the hottest gold areas around.  All this in less than six months.  I'll be giving him some time to show me what he can/will do.
