RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Help, Please Clarify

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Help, Please ClarifyPls pay attention to the part in blue, especially.
No shareholder is ever cheering for a Rollback, but it was voted onlast year and passed (but never executed), and will be again this yearfor flexibility (and, presumed action, imo).  That said, not allrollbacks can be thrown into the same pot, especially if the company isnot static. This company is dynamic at this stage and is on the cusp ofreal change, so that is why I believe the result, if the RS occurs, will be different (positive).

LF, there is a lot of DD that can be done. I don't know if you know (orif others on the board know), so I will post some history that may help:

-In 2004, Majestic started publishing drill results for Song Jiaguo (SJ).  The results were very encouraging.
-In 2005, Majestic continued it's exploration with more drill resultsand underground exploration.  Again, encouraging results - anddiscovery of the "nugget effect" seeing large variances in golddeposits.
-In 2006, Majestic continued to drill and gather data. In April, theyannounced results that were incomplete and required more data.
-in 2007, Wardrop engineering used the data gathered over previousyears to provide a NI43-101, where gold reserves jumped. they alsostarted Trenching and a shallow drill program. As per the PR: from Oct17, 2007:
Majestic Gold Increases Gold Resources by 285 Percent to 1.2 Million Ounces at Song Jiagou

-In 2008, more trenching was completed with good results
-In 2009, the auditors imploded and the company ceased trading for months.  But the data obtained over the previous 5 years was enough to say "this property is ready to be mined".

In late 2009, the wheels were set in motion to start mining operationsand by December, they were processing at capacity - 1500tpd, hiring newemployees with the intention to take this from exploration to a full blown mining operation.

Bring on 2010 - where Majestic knows the potential of the land, hasstudies underway and an upcoming NI 43-101, and have decided thepotential is worth buying out the previous JV partner for $7M. Mike is in China right now finalizing feasability studies, but infer from the part in blue what you will.

I've talked to Mike Hibbits personally (he is giddy at the potentialat the mine and he is a very well respected P-GEO), and to IR (who hashelped me to understand some things), I've reviewed all PR's andanalysts reports and all mining reports from 2004 onwards to understandthe history of the property, the deposits, the potential and the risks. This Company, in short order, is about to change drastically.

Recently updated from their website - main page:

" Majestic Gold Corp. is a Vancouver-based;TSX Venture Exchange and Frankfurt Exchange listed gold exploration anddevelopment company with a very advanced gold deposit in Shandongprovince of China. The company has a, NI 43-101- compliant, indicatedand inferred gold resource on its Song Jiagou property with plans topublish a new resource soon. A recently announced deal will increaseMajestic's effective ownership from 54 to 94 % and has allowed theproperty to commence production at an initial rate of 1,500 tpd. With acontract that fixes operating costs and allows use of land andequipment, Majestic will be cash positive in a matter of months.

Go read it.  Everything I post is sourced. It's not made up.

So, when I write that this is an exception, or when I infer that maybeyou have missed something in your DD (or others have missed something),my intention isn't to be rude, but instead it is to say "go look, theinformation is right at your fingertips, and, sh*t, it is really darngood".

Am I excited? You bet. There is reason to be. Dig deeper and you will see.
