Time Frame For POM Permits

Time Frame For POM PermitsI am beginning to wonder if DM will stay down a long time because it may take a long time for the decision to be made about whether POM receives permits. According to Mkt. Call tonight the guest, Robert Sneddon, ( who is a technical analyst)  if DM goes any lower then it will be breaking a trend line.  I am wondering in the short term if it would be better to abandon ship and move into stocks which are going up, not down, such as VEN and CSI for example?  I keep wondering if now that it is oversold if it is at the bottom of a channel and will bounce up, whereas they are at the top of a channel and will go down from here?  I am sick of watching this stock go down.  All of the enthusiasm seems to have died and very few guests on BNN seem to follow it, so I was surprised that the BNN guest discussed it, however his comments didn't make me particularly hopeful.
