RE: Took the liberty myself....I would presume they have had plenty of contact with Pepsico regarding this development.
Mr. Rod Malcolm of the Forterra BOD has held positions within PepsiCo in the past according to the brief work history posted on the website. What affect that could have on the company's representatives being heard or considered might be insignificant. Still an interesting connection.
