The Treaty Creek Project covers approximately 114 square km in the Skeena Mining District of northern British Columbia and is situated approximately 70 km north of Stewart. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is located within the Kamloops Mining Division 53 kilometers north-west of the city of Kamloops in south central British Columbia. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

As for your questions, I think they have both been answered by JohnnyLingo and Boarder222. A few comments on SSO to add to Boarder222 with whom I agree with. SSO is actually a larger company by market cap than Seabridge. They also are a producing company with a bigger treasury, well over $100 million. So, as Boarder222 has stated and discussed, it seems very unlikely that Seabridge would have the desire or resources to purchase SSO's Snowbirdge or Brucejack property(s).  Regards.
