Nemaska Reports 87.5 M At 1.39% Li2O, 151 ppm Berrylium (Be) and 1244 Ppm Rubidium (Rb) From its Drilling Underway on its Lithium/Beryllium Project (Whabouchi)
QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 23, 2010) - Nemaska Exploration Inc. (Nemaska or the Corporation) (TSX VENTURE:NMX) is pleased to announce that it has completed over 9,000 m of drilling (45 holes) that covers 1,150 m of strike on its Lithium/Beryllium (Whabouchi project) since January 15, 2010. An updated map showing the location of the works and recent pictures taken on the project will be posted shortly on the Corporation's web site
www.nemaskaexploration.com.
The spodumene bearing pegmatite zone of the Whabouchi property is now confirmed over more than 1,150 m along strike with a width of up to 90 m for the main zone, and a dip of 70 to 800 South-East. Each section has between 2 and 4 drill holes and the continuity of the mineralization has been established to a depth of 230 m. Four (4) other parallels spodumene bearing pegmatite dykes with widths of up to 27m were also intersected. All zones remain open in all directions.
"The work is progressing at an excellent pace and we are very encouraged by the continuity, average width and dip of the main zone. We continue to see very good lithium grades over significant widths and drilling has confirmed the presence of at least 4 additional parallel zones as well as interesting beryllium and rubidium values," commented Mr. Guy Bourassa, President and CEO. "The results from the other drill holes are pending and will be published as soon as they are available."
The first results from 9 holes completed in January and February 2010 are reported in the table below.

The Company has reported the intersections lengths as well as the best estimates of the true widths given the current understanding of the geology. The drill holes were done at an average azimuth of 330 degrees and a dip of 50 degrees. The pegmatite bands have generally an azimuth of 060 degrees and a South-East dip of 70 degrees to 80 degrees.
The samples have been shipped for preparation (crushing and pulverization) to the Table Jame´sienne de Concertation Minie`re (TJCM) lab in Chibougamau. The prepared samples are then sent by courier to the Toronto laboratory of SGS Mineral Services, Ontario, for lithium, beryllium and rubidium analysis by sodium peroxide fusion method. This laboratory is recognized by industry and accredited ISO/MEC 17025: 2005 by the Canadian Council of standards. Nemaska Exploration implements a rigorous quality control protocol to its operations, including the insertion of analytical control samples, duplicates and blanks and follow-up on the results of these assays.
