I know the reason for SGX not meeting

I know the reason for SGX not meetingthe criteria for the "famous five" crybabies that post here B U T folks lets talk about something else for a minute.

While the AGM meeting might be business as usual and a rubber stamp of what they believe is needed in this next phase of companies life, it also might contain some info that will be useful for us.

We all know that in many or even most cases, top level guys put each other on their respective boards. In many cases they are figure heads and empty suits. I do not think that will be the case with the arrival of Sandy Chim. He is a very successful  businessman has many connections in Hong Kong. He has enjoyed several prestigeous positions therat.  I have heard that he is a shareholder also. Perhaps someone can check that out.

Sage Gold is making a 'run for the roses' and it was a good move to try and get a lot closer to being involved with the production end of the business as opposed to just being an exploration company. Please look up the background of our company's lawyer and his connection with Mr. Chim. Please look up The Capital Markets.Net and for "possible" future reference, note paragraph two.

We are going to be shy one BOD guy/girl. The two things I will be looking for there is to see if there is a strong connection between Mr. Chim and that person and also if he/she has a particular experience or expertise in mining production per se. That was not intended to be a slight toward anyone that is presently in leadership at Sage but rather a laymans opinion on what could be [might be] needed down stream a ways.

Unless you are a silent onlooker or prospective shareholder [some here are NOT shareholders] most here are on the loosing side, share price wise. The difference between us  is simple and basic. Folks like myself believe that Sage has properly read the 'signs of the times' and is making the necessary adjustments in order not to be 'left behind'. The other group of posters here are respectfully said, ne'er-do-wells, that as you very well know, post in a manner that befits their odd or strange  personalities. Truly, it is and always be, "the same ole, same old coming from their 'poison pens'. That is the reason why I know SGX is not meeting the criteria of the infamous five and a few others that peek in with ignores that are high double digit and triple digits.

Best wishes to those with the best of intentions,
Jerry francis
