Next move up or down?

Next move up or down?
Earnings will undoubtedly come out negative given natural gas prices, but everyone knows it.  Some institutions seem to have put a floor in around $1.40.  We are a five months away from breaking ground, which mystifies me as to the share price.  The only issue that really comes to mind is fear that the company is a phantom (nice way to put it).  This is HIGHLY unlikely given some of the institutions that have bought into it.  However, it is understandable given the recent past.

I would expect this to pop to $3.50 to $4.00 sometime before the end of September, even higher IF Obama attacks energy with the same zeal he promised in his campaign.  Any thoughts?
