 received an e-mail reply back from Tom Byrne regarding my inquiry on the 6K filing hiring Casimir Capital. Here's his reply for those who are interested:

John, we can all agree on the goal of increasing shareholder value and to that end we have engaged Casimir to be our agent to find potential partners and/or buyers for PTQ.
This has the effect of turning Casimir into a sales and marketing team for PTQ.
They are very well connected to all the major investment funds and merchant banks and will spend their own time and money "promoting" us to their network, thereby bringing new potential investors to our company.
Without the incentive of a commission from a sale they would not be as aggressive in their efforts.

There has been some very exciting results from Oro del Norte and the gold companies are watching us very intently as we begin drilling. Rest assured that we know our potential and would never sell PTQ short of its full value.
