Allow me to question your motivations....

I must say for somebody with no shares in this company your certainly waste a lot of time on this story. 

Nowthe funny thing is that I went to the PDAC this year, and once again Ivisited the Geological survey of Namibia booth... So on this subject I have some first hand knowledge...

Concerning EPL 2495, this is an old story, and from what I was told, some years ago the concession status was changed to that in order to allow the Ministry to have time  to resolve some pending issue between the past owners of the concessions.  From what I was told the issues are  close to being resolve and the status of that concession will be change once again.

Now concerning the subject of EPL 2499 being Pending... that simply means that the license, that was up for renewal in April 2010, is in the process of being renewed.  The term pending in this case means that the renewal application has been delivered to the Ministry and that it now just Pending Ministry approval to be renewed... Just as it has been done in the past 8-10 years...  Once Again nothing new nor sinister...
