Budgeting Process

I suspect that some of these organizations have set their budgets well before accepting the trails of Powerwave which would probably be only a small part of the R&D budget of these organizations. Although, the technology is proving itself with some of the organizations. Other organizations won't believe it until they see it which means potentially mutliple trials under different environmentaly conditions. To operationalize this technology (ie confirm trial result, expand the use of the tool to further fields, budget for the operations of the tool, training etc) I would suspect will take much longer for these companies then just the simply doing the trial. Additionally, the big oil companies want to be pretty sure about all aspects before commiting funding to use these tools which will still be premature technologies to their organizations. I'm confident with the technology the trials are proving this out, however getting the companies to commit the money to contracts particularly long term ones will take time.
