OHRI

OHRIMore Questions

They started testing at OHRI last may and said,

"The results of the test program at OHRI are expected to be available in the third quarter of 2009".  Why no update?  In the past they would put out a NR to give a new timeline when something was running long.

If Trem is correct about no partnerships etc. until FDA...then why was this in last years year end:

Management’s plans to address these issues include actively seeking capital and actively seeking a business

collaboration with other companies in the business of pharmaceutical development, including licensing

arrangements, and other arrangements including sale, merger, joint venture or other. The Company’s

ability to continue as a going concern is subject to management’s ability to successfully implement this

plan. Failure to implement this plan could have a material adverse effect on the Company’s financial

condition and results of operations.

Also,

The Company’s business strategy is to license its drug compounds to third parties for completion of human trials and subsequent commercialization in return for initial license payments, milestone payments as the compounds progress through clinical trials, and, in the event the compound reaches the point of clinical sales, royalties on sales of the compound. There is no assurance as to the realization, form or size of any of these potential payments in the future.

The Company is actively seeking capital and seeking a business collaboration with other companies in the business of pharmaceutical development, including licensing arrangements and other business arrangements including but not limited to a sale of the Company or its assets, or a merger, or joint venture.

What has changed that they would wait until FDA... or I'm thinking you meant IND application?  Why is the company chit chatting all this news to "anyone who calls" without putting out a press release.  What is starting to scare me is if they are so loose lipped with everyone who seems to be in contact on this board... what are they saying to all their buddies that is making this stock tank.  In 2006, there was a problem that was swept under the rug...  Could one of the CEO's new BFF's  find out why they were so social last year (making Thursday everyone's favorite day) while one of their insiders was selling like crazy.  It's funny, because I don't seem to get replies to my questions about time lines and the 360 on news.  It walks like a duck, talks like a duck.... but it ain't acting like a duck.  If you have answers and don't want to go public... in box me, I'm dying to know what's up!
