RE: Kodiak...Heavy, I think you'll find that Windworks is a Canadian company out of Ottawa. That's important...why, because one of the reasons they did the deal with Dianor was to break the ice in Canada, so to speak, for this type of financing.  Since they are very cognizant of the fact that Dianor may not draw one penny from them, they will be on their best behavior to keep a strong relationship and enhance their image as an alternate form of venture capital. Even if there is a draw down, I believe it will be minimal. There focus will not be to hammer their shares out, but rather to do whatever they can to maximize shareholder value. Whether it be promotion or providing the right contacts, they will do whatever they can to make it a win win relationship. They probably are quite aware that Dianor may only have to use them once, so they'll be prepared to hit the same jackpot that the rest of us are expecting. Heavy, Antero was civil, please behave yourself, lol.
