I was told that the deal wasn't going to be dilutive to the MXM shareholders , but that was a while back.
I also heard the London connection was going to finance the drilling. 


 "Knock it down so they get more bang for the buck?"

I would say from my own experience that it was the way they treat their shareholders is why someone said to them selves, get me out. There are a lot of juniors to make some money in. This has been dead money for a while and shareholders don't like dead money management calling them whatever. I don't think it's a ploy,  just some large shareholder getting out.
