RE: Condor

RE: CondorI agree keeping Condor wouldn't be a bad thing at all. If the price of gold jumps up this year as many experts are predicting, it will simply be worth more to us. And besides, I'm sure there are other potential buyers out there than Robin Slaughter...

Cash-wise, we've dumped a little chunk into the bank accounts from the last batch of warrants being exercised - around $4.5 million if I'm not mistaken. This will buy us some time. As for the private placement, I'd much rather see the Brazilian permits come through to start shuffling off the manganese stockpiles for some good profit. That would cover our current burn-rate and then some! Management has said it's a "matter of when, not if", and even suggested it would happen in the next quarter. However when dealing with gov't bureaucracy, I'm pretty sure this will further be delayed.

The option for a private placement could be our safety net. I'm feeling good about all aspects of EC right now. Delayed news releases are okay, just be patient.

Petesky.
