Cannacord and IngaI don't think this was posted before, but here is a comment from Cannacord, March 1--
At this time, we have removed expectations for a positive outcome from
the neighbouring government of the DRC with regards to the company’s
interest in the rehabilitation of the Inga hydro facility. The situation has
been stalled for some time and we see little chance of a resolution in the
foreseeable future.
