Chiang -I'm not sure but i don't think there's any connection between the   

two Running Foxes.

The operator of ADB is Running Foxes Petroleum based in Colorado.

When you check out the Running Foxes Petroleum website there's a link to

UK listed Nighthawk Energy. https://www.nighthawkenergy.net/

Aswell as being ADB operator they are also operator and partner in all

Nighthawk projects. It looks like Nighthawk have a number of ops with

one of them in Bourbon Co kansas under the name of Revere. It would

appear that this is the company to whom ADB sold 1/2 the pipeline.

Although the sale is mentioned in the 30 Dec sedar news release and

MD&A, the purchaser is only identified as a 'third party'.

If i get the chance later i'll have a closer look, but like ADB it

would seem that some of their Bourbon Co acreage came direct from

Running Foxes.
