At least the new directors own stock?Like I said yesterday...
Since, by definition, a director assumes a supervisory role inthe company, purchasing shares can constitute a violation of fiduciaryduty to the shareholders.
If a director purchases shares in thecompany, even legally, there is a supposition of conflict of interest andunfair dealing.
Why bring on new directors that already have a conflict of interest with shareholders?
The saddest part is that you are actually touting this sticky little issue as a selling feature for the new board?
Go Team! Great Start!
